A: We do have a 1-3 day processing window for all orders. Expect to receive an email notification with a tracking link as soon as your order is processed to ship.
Q: Why is my tracking link not working?
A: Tracking links take between 24-48 hours to process. If your tracking link has not updated within that time frame please contact us at [email protected]
Q: I entered the wrong address for my order, is it possible to change it?
A: As long as you have not received your shipping notification we can usually change your delivery address for you, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the address you wish to change delivery to.
